The Tech Tips page has suggestions and ideas to help other teams, and to show some of the items that our team have learned over the years. We also like to help promote new ideas and concepts that we have thought of and want to pass on to others.

We have set up this page with links about the Kettering Kick Off and the Kettering District event that we help put on each year. We have included other links that we believe will be helpful.

Safety is the most important part of this program. When working with tools, machines and material to build a robot we require that all participants adhere to our safety requirements as listed on this page

FIRST Scholarships:

Vary from one-time awards of $1,000 to full four-year tuition (estimated at $160,000)
Are typically merit-based and cover a broad range of scholastic abilities
May be for STEM majors (60%); or for any course of study (40%)
Are usually for use at a specific college/university, but a few can be used at any school
Each have unique eligibility requirements, deadline dates, and application procedures
